Chinook is all about improving our communities. Our focus is on leadership development for those working in the public interests. Our participants generally come from local, state, and federal agencies, tribal governments, not-for-profit organizations, and community leadership.
Our speakers teach what works in dynamic and demanding times. Many are amongst the most prominent faculty in the field and others are practitioners working in the areas they are leading right now. Participants in our programs gain new skills and insight in leading through the challenges of an ever-changing, complex world.
Chinook produces leadership programs and workshops using the best faculty and curriculum. Chinook draws together leaders serving in the civic realm for immersive programs focusing on profound leadership, systems thinking, strategic processes, contextual intelligence, and transformational change.
